Abstrakt:

The paper presents the most characteristic - according to the author's opinion - attributes of scientific creativity of researchers engaged in management issues. These attributes may be outlined as: detaching words from the world of precise notions, breaking up with tradition, terrorizing with novelty, and writing the language of painting and poetry. The sense of forming brand new scientific methods and concepts is not disavowed. None the less their authors are encouraged to raise the bar of their cogitation and self-irony. The receivers, on the other hand - to benevolence, thoughtfulness and critical judgment of ideas being offered.
