Abstrakt:

This article refers to the issues of identification and cultural transformations and the challenges that appear for the managers who administer intercultural groups. The main problem mentioned concentrates on conflicts and threats which result from misunderstanding of national, cultural or racial background. These are for example the problems caused by lack of knowledge about different manners of intercommunication, perception of reality and other social and psychological mechanisms which disturb communication in international organizations. The huge meaning of management abilities essential for the drives of international groups or the manners of reduction of conflicts and the elimination of threat is also underlined in the present work.
