Abstrakt:

Production controlling is a main basis for preparing activities of technological development realization and controlling in a company operating in the market economy. It also is a support for management and processes which enable company to follow flexible goals and conditions of business activity. The paper presents the concept of coordination role of production controlling in the process of planning and programming production using the example of a cement industry company.
