Abstrakt:

"This paper is an example of case-study of a shoe industry enterprise that is a success on the market. The article is an attempt to answer the question: How can we put theory into practice in controlling implementing in enterprises of medium size? The presented enterprise uses controlling instruments in limited range and we can observe positive effects of it. With the current size and structure it is high time to more carefully activate planning and the effects of controlling. That's why conscious development of controlling is very necessary for the presented enterprise."
