Abstrakt:

In this part of the article there is presented the tendency and directions of changes on financial market. Than it is presented law regulations in finance group and it is described households needs. In the second part of the article the strategies of competitive on life insurance market are presented. There is included distribution, product, marketing, costs and customer service strategies. It is presented actual tendency and it is described its future development possibilities. In the last part of the article the possibilities of development of Polish life insurance market and abroad markets are presented. The most effective strategy which provides competitive advantage is showed.
