Abstrakt:

The sustainable development is the basic priority in policy of development of the EU. So the equalizing the regional disproportions of development must be supported through refinancing the infrastructural investments. In the study, there was undertaken the problem of investment activity of self-governments of mountain communes in range of stimulating development processes of infrastructure at the local level.
