 abstract={The aim of this paper is to identity competitive position of the European Union on the agricultural world market. Taking into account intra-EU trade, the EU is the most important exporter, as well as importer of agricultural products on the world market. The EU enlargement on 1st May 2004 contributed to the increase in degree of geographic concentration of the Community exports. EU-15, as opposed to the USA, does not have the comparative advantages in agricultural trade. First of all, competitive position of the EU on the agricultural world market was under the influence of inter-EU trade values.},
