 abstract={The process of the last EU enlargement was followed by evolution of state aid in Poland. Existing differences resulted from the need of restructurisation of Polish economy. But now sectoral restructurisation comes to an end. At the same time European Commission and Polish government have presented their new plans concerning state aid. Propositions go in the direction of increasing of horizontal and regional aid and decreasing sectoral one. These changes should better adjust state aid in EU to goals designated by Lisbon Strategy and European cohesion policy.},
